Rairdon Auto Group, a premier Seattle Fiat dealership, is proud to be one of the first retailers in the US to debut the new Blue&Me technology, an infotainment system jointly developed by Fiat and Microsoft.

Blue&Me is based on the Windows Mobile for Automotive platform and offers Bluetooth connectivity, USB, and a voice controlled, hands free telephone kit. Bluetooth connectivity allows users can call, scroll down names in their phone book, check for any incoming text messages and even listen to music by downloading it directly through a USB port without taking hands from the steering wheel.

The navigation system, Blue&Me Nav, can be activated with voice commands and the map of the Country is saved on the USB stick supplied, which has to be inserted in the USB port.  The driver can select their destination using the keys on the steering wheel to enter the initial letters of the address that can then be completed with voice commands.

The route instructions are displayed by pictograms directly on the panel in the car as is telephone and music information. The navigation instructions are transmitted through the car’s speakers. Even more convenient is the fact that drivers can still listen to their favorite music or make phone calls using the Bluetooth connectivity during navigation.
